2) You would want to eat a calorie restricted diet (probably about 1600 calories per day) and burn 500 calories a day by exercising. You would lose 2 pounds per week if you did that! Be sure to drink plenty of water as well... it keeps you feeling full! I have been doing this plan for two weeks now... and have lost 4 1/2 pounds already. My arms and legs feel more firm... and I feel like I have more energy!!! I keep a food journal to make sure I don't go over my calories.
