Does anyone know any easy, fast weight loss solutions that actually work?

I'm looking for something that will really work quickly and i don't really have a lot of time for exercise, i think my problem also is I don't have time to eat so I snack instead of having meals, or go a whole day without food and then pig out at night. Anyone with any ideas to help?

First, you stated "you snack instead of eating meals", I suggest you watch what you snack on, for instants, snack on fresh fruits, veg'ts, nuts, grain, or snack, fruit, and yogurt bars. Secondly, you pig out at night! I suggest you stop and just eat a well balance meal. Don't overdo it just because you skipped a meal.
