Relacore?????
Has anyone had any side effects with Relacore? Does it really change your mood?1) Most Allopathic Remedies have strong side effects, Believe it or not ! Take Care and God Bless you!

3) I tried it for a few days... I stopped due to unrelated health issues. Relacore is "all natural".. it is vitamins and plant extracts. HOWEVER- even herbal medicines effect the body as strongly as do chemical ones. Check with your doctor to make sure you don't have any underlying health issues before trying it. NEVER exceed the dosage, and if you feel odd or ill while taking it--STOP immediately and call your doctor. I am researching the individual ingrediants as I have unstable blood pressure, and can not have caffeine. Relacore's ingrediants do not list ANY caffeine -- but many plant extracts do contain naturally occuring caffeine... so be careful!
