Has anyone used Akavar 20/50? Does it work? I am considering using it to lose about 40 post-pregnancy pounds?
Everything else I've tried hasn't worked. I need something that really works and is healthy. Does this pill have any side effects?1) I haven't tried it, no, but it could be worth a shot. Losing weight is not eas and if you need some extra help, I would try it. Everything is worth the try, and as long as you follow direction, you should be fine. I was thinking you might want to try eating a 14 or 1500 hundred calorie diet, with a mullti-vitamin and 30 minutes of exercise. The multi-vitamin will help because it can make you feel more full. However, like I said, anything is worth a try. Good luck and hang in there!
