Has anyone tried the new diet pill AKAVAR 20/50, does it work?
I've been hearing a lot recently about this new european diet aid that is supposed to be a 'miracle weight loss pill'. I can't seem to find any credible reviews so far. Has anyone tried this, and if so, what are the side effects and is it effective? Please only reply if you've actually tried this pill. I already know the most sensible way to lose weight is diet and exercise, so I don't need to hear anything like that. I just want info on this diet pill. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanx:)1) No magic pills. See a dietition
2) I started taking those pills yesterday. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the early evening. So far i haven't had any side effects yet. I feel like those pills burn the food I eat really fast, so eating a normal meal is like a must. Otherwise ur stomach feels empty and u might feel nauseated, because the pills are still working in ur system. If u take the full dose ( 4 pills per day) one bottle ( 60 pills) , will only last for 15 days. So it's kind of expensive. I'm only on the 2nd day, but I hope this is a little help. P.S. it has a lot of caffeine and caffeine like stimulant mixtures, of about 195mg per 2-capsule serving. it also has vitamin B6 , magnesium and a few other ingrediants in it. Well, I'm on my 5th day now and it seems like it works, but very slow. So to me, it's not worth the money. Every body is different though.....so what doesn't work for me might work better on someone else.
