Would it be hard to start a forum from godaddy.com? what are some other sites that you can make a forum were it is www.MYDOMAIN.com???

1) Its not that hard to have a forum on GoDaddy just choose the forum you want (php or ruby etc). You can find various premade forums and edit to your needs.
