I buy napster cards all the time. Will they eventually start to bill me?

I signed in a new card that I got for Christmas and it said 'your next billing and credit refresh' and they gave me a date. Is it like signing up with the old internet cards, get 3 months free and then after the three months they start to bill you? I was uncertain becuase napster never asks for a credit card number.
