How to I use a napster gift card to buy apps and music from itunes for my ipod touch?

Someone gave me a napster gift card for a gift. I though I could only use itunes gift cards with itunes. How can I use my napster gift card to add apps and music for my ipod touch?

1) you can't, napster and iTunes are completely different, you can download music from napster.com and import them into iTunes, but you can't use it to buy Apps, or anything in the iTunes store.
