How can I get Apple iTunes to refund money for unintentional purchases?

I checked my back account the other days and there were EIGHT charges of $41 from Apple iTunes. These purchases were NEVER made me, nor did I authorize them. I was charged $384 from them and have no idea how it happened. Will they credit back my card? And if so, how/who do I contact to get that process started?

1) You can try contacting them: http://www.apple.com/contact/ I don't know if they can see where/how these purchases were made. Generally most people store their credit card information with their account information for iTunes. I suggest you change your password immediately because clearly your credit card either has been compromised or your iTunes account has been compromised. If it came out of your iTunes account, rarely do I see Apple refunding people money for your negligence (ie: leaving iTunes open on your computer somewhere, or logging in on a public computer without logging out etc).
