apple & itunes?

What is it about apple and/or itunes people don't like. Don't just say because they charge there must be more to it than that. I am not trying to be difficult or stupid, I am just really interested to know what people have against them. Or for them.

1) i like it and buy all my music from there,its a trusted site as well so i know im safe when buying music.

2) I really like Itune and i using it on my PC

3) I truly don't know what people moan about. Apple, i-tunes & the superb i-pod have enriched my life. Seriously. Don't listen to the naysayers.

4) everyone loves apple and itunes except maybe bill gates

5) Microsoft stole so many ideas. I'm just standing for justice. At the moment I've got Vista, but I allready know that my next computer will be an iMac.
