sky blue credit Vs Lexington law?

Hello Everyone, I am in the process of putting my life back on the right track after a few rough patches over the past year.. Any Pros and Cons between those 2 credit repair companies (sky blue credit Vs Lexington law)?

1) I can tell you about Lexington Law. We are using them to fix our credit for about 2 months now and my husband credit jumped 40 points and mine too. Customer service is excellent. So far so good.

2) Accurate negative info stays on your credit report for 7 years. If you’ve had recent defaults, charge-offs, late pays, then you need to understand that you'll have bad credit for at least 2 years after these major events have happened as your credit rating is most heavily weighted on what’s occurred in the past 24 months. After that time you’re credit rating will start to go back up. There are no gimmicks or tricks to remove accurate negative info. "Credit repair" firms have no insider secrets to remove accurate negative info on your credit report....all they do is dispute all negative items on your credit report and hope that the credit bureaus cannot validate the debt within the 30 day allowable time frame, in which case they must remove the items. You don't have to pay anyone to do this as you can do it yourself for free.

3) Yes, they are pros at cons. Credit repair is a scam. Legitimate derogatory items remain on your credit report for 7 years. Even if a credit repair company manages to get something removed, it is very likely to return the next time the creditor updates or when the debt is sold to another collection agency. Don't waste money on credit repair. Instead work on establishing new credit history and negotiate settlements of the old debt.

4) People are always saying you can do it yourself. Yeah of course you can do it yourself, but you can always do your own taxes, change or own oil or do your own plumbing, but people hire someone to do that for them all the time. It is okay to hire a company to dispute your negative items. Items that are yours can come off your credit report, they can be put back on, but that all depends on the age of the account, the amount owed and who it is with. Both Sky Blue Credit and Lexington Law Firm will dispute your negative items. I am biased to Lexington because I went with them. They have done a good job so far, so I recommend them. They are also older and only company I know that reports their results. My actual story of what they have done for me is below.
