Do I have to pay a creditor if I have an account with Ovation credit services?

the account is considered a fall off and I owe money to the creditor. Under Ovation credit report it is in fall off. Do I call the creditor and make payments again? Does Ovation have power of attorney and I do not have to make payments becaue it is in fall off? Thank you.

1) Ovation is ripping you off, and yes you still owe it. Duh. PS-WTF is a "falloff?"
