I have a huge group credit (over$500) and the moderator banned me from the group what do I do?

I was a member of a yahoo group called directsalesswap-trade. I tried to get on the site and for some reason it would not let me. It was at this time I found out I had been banned and had over $500 I had put into the site. The moderator will not return my e-mails.
