1) No such thing. The rates vary from day to day and hour to hour so one that is cheapest today could be the most expensive tomorrow. No substitute available for shopping around and the phone usually gets the best results - not the web. EDIT - below within a few hours you will get spam answers. Mostly American and of no use to you.
