What is your impression of Esurance Auto Insurance?

Rates are competitive. Anyone have any Positive or Negative experiences? Anything I should know before possibly purchasing esurance? Thanks!

1) Esurance is Just as good as any other do-it-yourself companies out there. They are A rated, solid, and honest. The problem comes at claim time, when you didn't know exactly which coverages you were buying, and then find out that something isn't covered the way you wanted it to be. If you're comfortable buying your insurance on your own, they are fine.

2) You need to understand the coverages you are going to purchase or forgo. You do not want to find out come claim time that your vehicle is not covered for physical damage or that you do not have rental.
