Can't Allstate Insurance get sued by Geicko Insurance cause they make fun of them in there commercials?

okay. by now we all know that geicko is popular insurance company. has anybody else noticed allstate seems to always put down geicko in there commercials? lol can't they get sued for that? its ridicules if you ask me.

1) Well, they can TRY, but they'll probably lose. See, there's a loophole, for things done for laughs. That's why SNL doesn't get sued left, right, and center.
