nothing but hassel and hassel made me work harder with the company with the other drivers insurance to get my stuff done after I got in an accident. Took almost 4 months for me to get my car back and still had problems and it wasn't even my fault. Now I go to the DMV to register my vehicles and they said that I had a lapse in insurance while I was with All state. And it cost me 60 bucks so allstate is not "in good hands" more like hands in you pocket.Scott

I currently have Allstate for my car insurance, house insurance, PUP ...basically everything and have been very satisfied. I know there are reports that Allstate is the worst company when it comes to making claims, but I can only speak to my own experience and the one time I had to file a claim (which happened to be on the biggst holiday of the year) went perfectly. I got my car back in the same shape it had been, got my deductible back (accident wasn't my fault), and had no problems getting a rental car for the three weeks my car was in the shop. the only thing that stops me from leaving a 9 star review is that our local agents seem a little flighty, but then again, it is probably my fault for not switching to a new agent.D.
